Overview

Our esteemed Property Management client is seeking an experienced and motivated Finance Manager to take on a pivotal leadership role within their dynamic, mid-sized finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-profile client account, and oversee a small team managing a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring best-in-class financial governance, reporting, and compliance.

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will play a critical role in enhancing financial reporting, streamlining processes, and driving key performance metrics (KPIs). You will be responsible for overseeing IFRS 16 compliance, SOC 1/SOC 2 controls, and ensuring rigorous financial governance across your portfolio. Your ability to manage client relationships, provide insightful financial analysis, and mentor your team will be essential to success in this role.

Skills Required

  • Strong experience in commercial property finance (essential), with knowledge of rent and service charge accounting.
  • Prior experience in team supervision or management, with a passion for developing others.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and senior leadership.
  • Knowledge of IFRS 16, SOC 1/SOC 2, and governance frameworks.
