Key Responsibilities of the Operations Finance Manager:
- Provide strategic financial leadership, partnering with the Managing Director to drive commercial success.
- Own financial forecasting, governance, and risk management within the business.
- Lead client negotiations, cost control, and commercial initiatives to optimise profitability.
- Manage a team of finance professionals, developing talent and driving high performance.
- Leverage data analytics and reporting tools to enhance financial decision-making.
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Essentials of the Operations Finance Manager:
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with significant commercial finance experience.
- Proven experience in P&L management, cost control, and financial governance.
- Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for continuous improvement.
