You will be responsible for overseeing IFRS 16 compliance, SOC 1/SOC 2 controls, and ensuring rigorous financial governance across your portfolio. Your ability to manage client relationships, provide insightful financial analysis, and mentor your team will be essential to success in this role.
Skills Required
- Strong experience in commercial property finance (essential), with knowledge of rent and service charge accounting.
- Prior experience in team supervision or management, with a passion for developing others.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and senior leadership.
- Knowledge of IFRS 16, SOC 1/SOC 2, and governance frameworks.
