Reed practice are working with a firm of accountants who are on the lookout for a dynamic and ambitious Client Manager to join their growing team. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional client service, developing your team, and contributing to a forward-thinking firm, this could be the role for you!

This role is suitable for an accountancy practice trained and qualified Senior Accountant (ACA / ACCA) who has a solid grasp of accounts preparation for limited companies, LLP’s and sole traders/partnerships as well as good overview of the UK tax landscape applicable to individuals and small businesses including (but not limited to) corporation tax, self-assessment, VAT, PAYE, capital gains tax etc.

Duties of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Nurture and grow client relationships, providing proactive tax and accounting advice
  • Manage your own portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery
  • Lead and mentor the team, overseeing technical work reviews
  • Drive business growth through upselling and innovative solutions
  • Enhance Bluewater’s systems and processes, contributing to continuous improvement

The ideal candidate must have:

  • ACA / ACCA qualified with 2+ years post-qualification experience
  • Solid accountancy practice experience
  • Strong knowledge of cloud accounting systems (Xero, Dext, Fathom)
  • Excellent client relationship management and team management skills
