We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join a dynamic team in the Midlands. Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Delivery Oversight: Monitor vendor performance to ensure adherence to burn rates, service delivery standards, and schedules.
  • Contract Review: Conduct regular contract reviews to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Invoicing and Financial Management: Validate and approve vendor invoices, ensuring alignment with agreed-upon terms and accurate financial tracking.
  • Contract Change Management: Where required, lead and manage contract amendments, negotiating terms to benefit organizational objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and third-party service providers, fostering strong working relationships and effective communication.

Profile

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience managing contracts within the public sector.
  • Strong understanding of Equal Pay Service processes or similar service delivery models.
  • Expertise in contract lifecycle management, including negotiation, review, and amendment.
  • Proficiency in vendor performance tracking and financial oversight.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
