As a Director you will be the main point of contact for clients, leading on transactions and advising on more complex deals, fee discussions and negotiations. You will be a strong project manager, and will take reins when it comes to planning, execution, deal management and progression.

A Corporate Finance firm based in the Midlands and covering all aspects of advisory: including strategic, buy side, sell side and debt & equity raising. Working with a range of clients globally, including Private Equity, Corporates and Owner Managed businesses across a wide range of sectors

Description

You will be leading on transactions from start to finish: lead generation, pitching, due diligence and execution. As well as taking a lead internally with development of management and the Midlands brand.

Profile

The successful candidate will have ambitions to develop into a partner in the future.

  • Ideally qualified ACA ACCA or CFA
  • Experience in Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions or in house M&A as a lead advisor
  • Strong project management
  • Team management, mentoring, leadership
  • Ensure best practice
  • Origination, building network across private equity, OMB's, etc

Job Offer
