  • Manage and execute research functions for transactions or sector analysis.
  • Assist in preparing the first draft of buyer investor lists.
  • Prepare valuation analysis/models on companies.
  • Assist in the preparation of information memoranda and pitch/marketing presentations.
  • Perform detailed industry sector analysis where appropriate.

Skills and Attributes:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified or working towards
  • 2-3 years of experience within Transaction Services/Corporate Finance/Restructuring/Audit or equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detailed financial modelling skills and strong financial analysis capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently with initiative and creativity.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
