We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Financial Administrator to join the team and play a pivotal role in managing the financial operations and steering the business towards continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the international businesses (UK, US, German, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain) ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate risks.
  • Prepare and analyse financial statements, providing insights and recommendations to the executive team to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with department heads to set financial targets and align them with organisational goals.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage cash flow and optimise working capital to support business operations effectively.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives and drive efficiency improvements across finance and accounting functions.
  • Collaborate with the Directors to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Financial Administrator or in a similar finance role.
  • Thorough understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
