Are you an experienced Finance Business Partner with a knack for providing analytical and commercial support? We’re looking for someone to join our dynamic team and support our central functions, which includes our internal Finance, IT, HR, and Property teams. In this pivotal role, you’ll have significant exposure to senior members of our Group Management Board and Executive Committee. Your ability to engage with senior stakeholders effectively will be crucial.
As our Corporate Services Senior Finance Business Partner, you’ll be a subject matter expert across various fields, demonstrating a deep understanding of how each function operates and supports the wider business. Your operational insights will enable you to add value as part of the leadership team within each directorate. We value strong verbal and written communication skills, an ability to interpret and analyse data, drawing insightful conclusions, as well as making impactful recommendations and challenge when necessary.
Furthermore you’ll deliver monthly financial and non-financial insights, present performance updates, and oversee analysis and reporting. Guiding directors on cost control, identifying performance improvement opportunities, and providing financial input into business cases. You’ll also be leading forecasting processes and acting as a key contact for the management accounting team.

Salary – £45,000 to £50,000 based on experience, enhanced by a generous car allowance (or company car option) and bonus.

About You
- First and foremost you will be a qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) with solid business partnering experience and the ability to offer value adding insight
- You’ll have a commercial awareness, and understand the key drivers of our business and how they interact
- You’ll have experience of establishing professional and positive relationships with a range of stakeholders of varying seniority, with an ability to influence stakeholders towards positive outcomes
- Any knowledge or experience of supporting a corporate services function (such as IT, HR, or Commercial Property Management) is of interest but not essential and you may have experience across a variety of sectors with transferable skills for this role
