Finance Business Partner

As a Finance Business Partner, you will provide financial insight, analysis and strategic support to senior stakeholders, helping to shape business strategy. Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with operational teams to provide financial guidance and challenge decision-making
• Analysing financial performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities
• Preparing budgets, forecasts and financial models to support strategic planning
• Providing meaningful management information and reports to senior leadership
• Supporting business cases for investment and process improvements

To be successful in this Finance Business Partner role, you will have:

• A fully qualified accounting background (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Proven experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• The ability to influence and challenge senior leadership
• Degree in accountancy, economics or business.

• Salary of up to £65,000
• Car allowance and performance-related bonus
