Description
- You support management and make a significant contribution to achieving the objectives of the business
- You monitor business performance and influence corrective actions in a timely manner. Every month you translate expectations into the rolling forecast and ask critical questions.
- Implement strategic planning and financial forecasting
- Manage budgeting processes and financial analysis.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders within the business.
- Support the Managing Director and Management Team in a strategic decisions, for example, in drawing up the turnover and pricing strategy or in carrying out efficiency issues.
- Create solicited and unsolicited insights that offer the opportunity to improve the performance of the business unit. For example, by improving or setting up new dashboards to monitor timesheet performance.
- Is there a new idea for a product within one of your business units? You set up the business case that maps the financial impact of the new initiative, in order to determine whether it is a sensible investment.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified.
- Great stakeholder management, strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
- Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to forecast across P+L (Essential) and Balance Sheet (Desirable)
- Exceptional organisational and time management skill
