This key role will support senior stakeholders by providing strategic financial insights, influencing business decisions, and driving profitability across the organisation. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial finance, with a strong ability to collaborate with senior leaders and deliver actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner:- Partner with senior leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and scenario plans to guide business strategy.
- Analyse financial performance, explain variances, and recommend actions to improve profitability.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering development and providing guidance.
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Experience in commercial finance or business partnering.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
