Key Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner:
- Provide strategic financial support to senior stakeholders, including Business and Contract Directors.
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to optimise business performance.
- Conduct performance analysis and identify opportunities to enhance cost efficiencies.
- Support commercial decision-making, ensuring financial risks and opportunities are effectively managed.
- Partner with operational teams to develop financial strategies for growth.
- Deliver insightful financial reporting and recommendations to support business objectives.
- CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualified finance professional.
- Proven experience in business partnering, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
