Key responsibilities of the Finance Manager:- Lead the preparation and analysis of financial information in compliance with IFRS16.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data provided by the team.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting processes, ensuring timely submission.
- Collaborate with senior finance leaders to drive continuous improvement in financial control processes.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
- IFRS16 experience is essential.
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and lease accounting.
