We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team and play a key role in managing the financial performance of the business. This position is ideal for someone who is ACCA qualified or part qualified, with a strong understanding of tax, VAT, PAYE, NIC, and month-end financial cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the financial month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Review business performance, analysing variances against budgets and forecasts.
  • Manage and ensure compliance with tax, VAT, PAYE, and NIC obligations.
  • Monitor and analyse overheads, ensuring they are in line with budgets and forecast expectations.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations to drive business decisions.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other key financial documents.

Key Requirements:

  • ACCA qualified or part-qualified with relevant practical experience in finance.
  • Strong understanding of tax, VAT, PAYE, and NIC.
  • Experience managing financial month-end cycles and reviewing business performance against budgets.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with various departments.
