Key Responsibilities of the Finance Manager:- Develop and refine commercial models for business proposals
- Collaborate closely with Finance Business Partners
- Provide scenario planning and commercial options to create financially sustainable proposals
- Manage and ensure the accuracy of financial sign-off documentation and submissions
- Own and ensure adherence to bid timelines, including data collation, modelling, and stakeholder reviews
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across finance, sales, and operational teams
- Present financial strategies and commercial insights in client-facing meetings and site visits
- Qualified Accountant CIMA/ACCA/ACA with experience in commercial finance or accounting
- Strong commercial awareness and scenario planning capabilities
- Proven ability to work with non-finance professionals and communicate complex financial concepts
