Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage a small - medium finance team to lead by example as well as coach, develop & mentor
  • Manage month end consolidated management accounts fro the Group & any associated companies
  • Report on the financial performance versus budget, monthly re forecast, coordination / business partnering & managing the collation of the Group's budget
  • Mange KPI's against actual performance - working with the business to help to drive efficiencies & success

Candidate experience:

  • Proven track record of leading teams & driving operational excellence
  • Qualified accounting finance professional with experience of working in similar enior finance roles
  • Ability to build trusted relationships to business partner key stakeholders & individuals across the business
  • Solid FP&A experience as well as good understanding of IFRS reporting standards
  • Working to tight deadlines in a sometimes fast paced, changing landscape to deliver financial reporting excellence

This role is to commence ASAP & is an initial 6 month commitment, working inside IR35 due to the team management aspect. Client would prefer someone to work on a fixed term contract basis & be midlands based as role is on site 2-3 days each week with rest being remote.
