Head of Operational Resilience Projects

Your new companyHays are currently working with a regulator of accounting standards within the Birmingham area to recruit for a Head of Operational Resilience Projects role. Your new roleYou will be responsible for designing and leading the monitoring and supervisory work on operational risk and resilience related processes. You will be able to identify key findings and present them effectively, both verbally and in writing to senior management in firms. You will also contribute to the management of relationships within the firms and be able to work in a small team of specialists.What you'll need to succeed- Experience in risk management, internal audit or similar environment- Effective project and time management skills- Understanding of how large audit firms are structured and managed - Experience in cash flow cycle What you'll get in returnThe organisation are offering a competitive salary of £98,899 per annum with a range of benefits, including, Hybrid working, 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays, 10% employer-led pension and many more.
