M&A Manager - In-House M&A

Birmingham | Hybrid

up to £70pa + bonus

Join a fast-growing international company as an M&A Senior Associate in Birmingham. You'll play a crucial role in identifying and executing UK acquisitions, working across the full M&A process from target evaluation to deal completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and evaluating acquisition targets
Building relationships with founders and management teams
Conducting financial analysis, valuations, and due diligence
Leading deal negotiations (for smaller deals) and supporting larger transactions
Contributing to team culture and growth

Requirements:

4+ years' M&A experience (Transaction Services, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, etc.)
Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
Accounting knowledge (UK standards)
Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
Willing to travel within the UK & occasionally to Europe
