Robertson Bell are recruiting an interim Client Accountant on behalf of a large property management organisation based in Birmingham on a 12 month contract.

Joining our client following a busy period, this role will provide support to a select portfolio of customers and sits within a tigh-knit, high perofrming, team. 

The Client Accountant’s key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Preparing and delivering monthly presentations to external stakeholders.
  • Reporting on actual spend vs forecasted spend.
  • Analysing variances.
  • Acting as the first line of support on finance related queries.

This is a hybrid role with one day per week required in a highly accessible and modern office location. 

You will need:

  • Recent experience working in property management, ideally in a client finance or business partnering orientated role.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and sound analytical abilities.
