This role will involve liaising with key clients and stakeholders, meaning excellent people skills are essential. Due to this you will also need to have some prior experience doing this in a previous role.
This role will enable you to have exposure to: managing and training junior members of staff, delivering KPIs and SLAs as well as attending stakeholder meetings where you will be presenting data to senior stakeholders and directors. Part of your role will also involve problem solving and process improvement, so some experience of this will be beneficial.

What you'll need:
- Some previous experience working within a professional services background.
- Experience dealing with key stakeholders and clients, this is a crucial part of this role so you will need to have evidence of being comfortable with this aspect of the role.
- Be a motivated and extroverted individual who will be able to face a problem head on, you never know what the day will bring and the business need employees who will be able to handle unexpected curve-balls.
- Previous knowledge of managing business development as well as client relationships, this will be one of the biggest components of your role.
