- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, acting as the primary escalation contact.
- Oversee contract retention and service delivery, ensuring compliance with SLA agreements.
- Manage CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and accurate customer records.
- Support new business initiatives and assist in bid strategies.
- Liaise with third-party suppliers for spare parts and contract quotations.
- Investigate and report incidents involving medical devices.
- Work closely with commercial, operations, and customer experience teams to drive service excellence.
- Technical Expertise – Extensive knowledge of medical equipment function, maintenance, and regulatory standards.
- Customer Focus – Strong relationship management experience within the public sector (NHS experience desirable).
- Commercial Acumen – Ability to identify business opportunities and contribute to contract growth.
- Problem-Solving Skills – Experience investigating adverse incidents and implementing solutions.
- Leadership Ability – Experience in managing and mentoring teams.
- Extensive experience within the healthcare/medical equipment sector.
- Managerial experience within a similar environment.
- Recognised degree-level qualification in Engineering or Clinical Services.
- Experience working with senior NHS clinical staff is highly desirable.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel preferred).
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
