Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of private clients, including high-net-worth individuals and business owners
  • Providing tax planning and advisory services, ensuring clients receive tailored solutions
  • Reviewing and overseeing personal tax compliance work prepared by junior staff
  • Liaising with HMRC and other professional advisors on behalf of clients
  • Mentoring and developing junior team members
  • Supporting business development initiatives and identifying new client opportunities
Requirements
  • CTA, ATT, ACA, or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Strong experience in personal tax, with a proven track record in advisory and compliance
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of clients effectively, meeting deadlines and service standards
  • Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Proactive and commercially aware, with the ability to identify tax planning opportunities
