Mastering Financial Operations
Lead the accounts payable process, ensuring seamless invoice processing, payments, and account reconciliations.
Manage a global back-office team, collaborating across borders for operational excellence.
Building Vendor Relationships
Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with vendors, ensuring timely resolutions to queries and fostering trust and collaboration.
Delivering Insightful Reporting
Produce and present financial reports that inform decision-making and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Driving Innovation
Identify opportunities for process improvements to optimize efficiency and accuracy in the accounts payable function.
Ensuring Compliance and Control
Uphold company policies and conduct audits to mitigate risks and resolve discrepancies effectively.
Inspiring Team Leadership

What We’re Looking For:
Experience: At least 5 years in accounts payable, with 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial capacity, preferably in logistics or transportation.
Skills:
• Deep understanding of accounting principles and processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to work effectively with teams, vendors, and senior management.
