Senior Finance Business Partner

We're working in partnership with a leading organisation based in South Birmingham to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a forward-thinking, dynamic business where finance is truly embedded in driving decision-making and business performance.

As a Senior Finance Business Partner of the finance team, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to provide insight, challenge, and strategic support. This is much more than month-end reporting - it's about driving real value and helping shape the future direction of the organisation.

• Business partner with senior operational leaders to support strategic planning and decision-making

• Deliver high-quality financial analysis, forecasts, and business cases

• Challenge assumptions and influence key business decisions

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for your business area

• Identify risks and opportunities, helping to drive performance improvements

• Support transformation initiatives and continuous improvement across finance

We're looking for someone who is proactive, commercially astute, and confident in building relationships across all levels of the business.

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

• Strong business partnering experience within a complex, fast-paced environment

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insight

• Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders

• Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple priorities

• Degree in accountancy, business or economics.

• Competitive base salary up to £70,000
