Service Charge Manager Birminghamfrom £45,000 plus Benefits, depending on experienceMy client, a leading and award winning property management company with portfolios all over England, Scotland and Wales, are on the lookout for a motivated Service Charge Manager to join their team in Birmingham.You will oversee a team of up to 4 Service Charge Portfolio Managers, managing accounts and cost estimates for a regional portfolio. You will ensure all team members meet productivity targets and make informed decisions to maintain compliance with legislation.Duties:
- Manage and support a team of up to 4 Service Charge Portfolio Managers.
- Oversee accurate management of service charge accounts and cost estimates.
- Monitor team performance and ensure accountability to productivity metrics.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Provide regular reports and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve service charge issues and improve processes.
Requirements:
- 2 years of Experience within a Service Charge position at a managerial level
- Proficiency in using reporting tools (e.g. Excel, BI tools, or any other relevant platforms) to track and manager team performance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of service charge legislation and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, 1 day WFH / week Benefits:
