Your new companyIf you are looking to progress your tax career in an advisory focused role, working with a client portfolio encompassing privately-owned and private equity-backed clients, we are recruiting on behalf of one of the leading firms who are looking to grow their very successful private business team in the Midlands.

Your new roleWorking closely with your clients, building strong relationships, you will manage and develop your portfolio, liaising regularly with internal teams and delivering tax advice across a range of complex matters associated with privately owned and/or PE-backed businesses. You will deliver high quality projects, will support and coach more junior members of the team and will keep up to date with the latest tax developments to ensure you are able to communicate effectively and accurately both internally and externally in relation to changes in legislation.

What you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate for this role will be great at building rapport and developing and/or maintaining great client relationships. Prior experience managing complex tax projects across a range of matters will be key. Relevant Accountancy and/ or Tax qualifications (ACCA/ ACA/ ATT/ CTA) will be required. It would be highly beneficial to have worked with owner-managed/ family owned businesses and/or PE-backed businesses supporting them with tax advice across a range of matters.
