This Client Services Executive job in Birmingham is well suited to current IFA Administrators looked to join a highly recognised firm for their growth and high quality advice to HNW individuals and SMEs. The business has a high staff retention and prides itself on developing their internal talent.

As a Client Services Executive, you will be closely supporting their Financial Advisers through undertaking administrative duties to aid their workflow. As such, your responsibilities will include:

  • Submitting cases for life, investment, platform and pension business
  • Maintaining up to date records for all trackers and spreadsheets
  • Utilizing Intelligent Office tools for new business, top ups, policy variations etc
  • Oversee management of annual reviews and portfolio reviews that are due
  • Assist the team with preparation of annual reviews and portfolio reviews
  • Liaising with clients, introducers, providers and other third parties

Client Services Executive Requirements

  • You should have 2+ years’ experience within Financial Services and have worked within an IFA practice
  • You should have experience using Intelligent Office and confident using MS Office
  • You should have experience of writing good reports

Client Services Executive Benefits

  • Salary of £24,000 - £28,000 plus quarterly bonuses and annual bonuses
  • Plus, 3% & 5% pension contribution, 4x DIS, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday off and financial support towards exams
  • Hybrid role with 2 days from home post probation
  • Working hours of Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
