IFA ADMINISTRATOR

LOCATIONS : EDGBASTON

SALARY: 25,000 - 30,000

NJR are currently working with a market leading Firm of Independent Financial Planners who have strong name and reputation within the market. Due to a result of their ongoing growth and success they have two excellent openings available for 'Financial Planning Administrators' to join their office in Warwick. Supporting allocated IFA's, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to a bank of High Net Worth Clients.

Duties will be varied and consist of;

o Obtaining provider information (LOA) and collating these together with relevant client specific illustrations required to assist adviser with their recommendations and enable paraplanners to produce comprehensive report

o Run Risk Profiler results via FE Analytics

o Processing New Business following adviser handover

o Ensuring all compliance documents on file/provided by adviser prior to submission

o Submission to providers direct or electronically via platform

o Adding plan and activity for tracking to completion

o Ensuring client advised of progress throughout this process

o Assisting with research and producing FE Analytics fund switch reports (inc charges schedule) in line with adviser recommendations

o Producing Risk Profiler results where required

o Processing and monitoring switch directly with provider or electronically via platform

o Preparing valuation reports

o Preparing supporting performance documentation for client review appointments

o Preparing review checklist for adviser/client appointments The successful candidate will need to have previous experience working as a Financial Planning Administrator - with knowledge of Platform/Wrap use.

Those who are working towards the CII Diploma in Financial Planning or who has the desire to become qualified are of high interest.
