Head of Operational Assurance

Head of Operational Assurance / Head of Quality Assurance / Head of Compliance / Financial Services / West Midlands /  2-3 Days in the Office / £NEG on experience

Vivo have been retained to help an SME Bank search for a Head of Operational Assurance. This role requires a hands-on leader who has experience in the following:

• Building & deploying operational frameworks for policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
• Implement a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring the bank is providing a "customer first" approach and staying abreast of regulatory requirements (FCA Rules, Data Protection, AML etc).

We need someone who is a confident communicator, that can work in high tempo environments and be able to make & execute strategic decisions quickly.

This role will be working as the "right hand" of the COO, ensuring the operation is ran with the utmost integrity.
