Main Duties:• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the air freight sector.• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.• Negotiate air freight rates, terms, and conditions with customers and suppliers.• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of air freight shipments.• Monitor and manage customer requirements, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.• Provide expert advice on air freight solutions, customs regulations, and transportation options.• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.• Track market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.The Candidate:• Proven experience in air freight sales or logistics sales.• Additional fluency in French or Spanish advantageous• Strong knowledge of air freight services, customs procedures, and industry regulations.• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.• Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.• Proficient in Microsoft Office and air freight management systems.The Salary: Competitive salary based on experience
