FRS are recruiting an Accounts Administrator on a part-time basis for a market leading Engineering & Manufacturing business based in Birmingham (not too far from Aston).
The role will be offered on a 3 day per week basis (22-25 hours per week) with a full time equivalent salary of £26,000 to £29,000. The business are flexible with how those hours are completed but there are two days you must be able to work - Monday & Tuesday!
You’ll be joining a small but very personable business who specialise in the Engineering & Manufacturing of specialised products which are supplied to a variety of industries across the world. Their client base are full of household names & globally recognised companies!
Duties Will Include
- Supporting with raising & sharing of sales / purchase invoices
- Processing a weekly payroll using Sage Payroll - approximately 30/40 staff
- Matching, batching & coding invoices onto the relevant systems
- A small element of credit control & updating the sales ledger
- Scanning invoices / documents onto the systems and coding them correctly
- Adhoc admin duties as per the business need
