Job Role: Administrator

Job Type: Temporary and Permanent Opportunities available!

Hours: 8:45am - 5:15pm Monday to Friday

Location: Birmingham

Salary: 22,000 - 24,000

Start Date: ASAP

As the Administrator your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to internal teams and management
  • Answering incoming telephone calls
  • Creating legal documentation using an in-house database
  • Dealing with enquiries from customers
  • Coordinating appointments for Surveyors
  • Issuing certificates to customers
  • Overseeing email inbox
  • Escalating customer queries

To excel in this role, you will offer:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • A keen interest in the Building / Construction industry.
  • Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a conscientious team player who is ready to tackle any challenge with a 'can do' attitude. If you have at least 6 months of experience in a similar role and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, then we would love to hear from you.
