Locum Band 7 CAMHS Nurse – West Birmingham

Are you an experienced CAMHS Nurse with strong managerial skills? We're seeking a Band 7 CAMHS Nurse to join a dedicated team in the West Birmingham area.

Position Details:
  • Location: West Birmingham
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Type: Full-time
  • Rate: £30 per hour
  • Start Date: ASAP
Role Overview:

As a Band 7 CAMHS Nurse, you will:

  • Carry a small caseload of complex cases, providing expert care and intervention to children, adolescents, and their families.
  • Undertake managerial duties, including supervision, leadership, and ensuring service quality standards are met.
  • Support and guide the team to deliver effective, evidence-based CAMHS interventions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to provide holistic and patient-centered care.
Requirements:
  • Strong CAMHS experience, including managing complex cases.
  • Proven managerial experience, with the ability to lead and support a team.
  • Registered Nurse qualification (NMC registered).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
