Key Responsibilities:
- The MEP BIM Coordinator will manage the process - working with engineers and junior members of staffto ensure the deadlines are met.
- The MEP BIM Coordinator will set upRevit models, population ofviews, sheets, filters, and other elements within Revit MEP.
- Early development, RIBA stages 1-4 on major commercial, high-rise, transportation infrastructure and leisure complex projects.
- The MEP BIM Coordinator will be tasked with creating 3D models and generating 2D drawings on large scale projects.
- Develop Navisworks models and generate clash detection reports.
- Meet project requirements, working collaboratively with other disciplines.
- The MEP BIM Coordinator will contribute to prominent projects across various sectors, including residential, commercial and transportation.
Skills and Background:
- The MEP BIM Coordinator will have an understanding of Revit MEP, Navisworks and workflows between architecture and engineering.
- Working knowledge of other BIM software including AutoCAD, Rhino, parametric modelling and Revit Family Editor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Dynamo, Enscape or Pythonscripting languages would be an advantage but not essential.
