Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Charity Fundraisers to join our team and help us in our mission to drive positive change. As a Charity Fundraiser, you will play a pivotal role in raising funds to support our projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with the public and potential donors to educate them about our cause and inspire them to support our charities.
• Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies and campaigns.
• Organize and participate in fundraising events in-person.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, ensuring they are kept informed about the impact of their contributions.
• Using compelling marketing materials and presentations to promote our charity's work.
• Work with the fundraising team to meet and exceed fundraising targets.
• Utilize various fundraising techniques and channels, mainly face-to-face.
• Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and contributions.

Qualifications:

• Strong passion for our charitable work.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to inspire and engage with people from various backgrounds.
• Sales or fundraising experience is a plus but not required.
• Self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Adaptable and willing to learn new fundraising techniques.
