Job Advert: Design & Technology Teacher (Long-Term)

• Position: Design & Technology Teacher (Long-Term)
• Key Stages: KS3 & KS4 (potential for KS5)
• Contract Type: Full-time, fixed-term until the end of the academic year
• Start Date: ASAP

The role involves delivering exciting and practical DT lessons, covering areas such as Product Design, Resistant Materials, Graphics, and/or Engineering, depending on your specialism. You will also play a key role in supporting students with coursework, developing their technical skills, and preparing them for assessments.

• A qualified DT Teacher with QTS (or equivalent).
• Experience teaching DT subjects at KS3 & KS4 (KS5 experience is desirable but not essential).

• Strong classroom management and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
• A commitment to student success, coursework support, and department enrichment activities.
