Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for completion of Multimodal Freight Operations from Start to Finish
  • Quoting and Pricing, ensuring best rates are secured
  • Liaising with shippers, hauliers, carriers
  • Key account management - responsible for managing accounts from booking to deliveries
  • Arranging for the timely and accurate documentation of shipments
  • Completing custom documentations
  • Creating and maintaining strong relationship with clients, ensuring all inquires are dealt with

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience working with a leading freight forwarder
  • Awareness of all aspects of shipment process from Start to Finish
  • Can collaborate with the customer to provide the best service available
  • Able to reach all deadlines within the time constraints provided
  • Confident and effective communication skills (verbal and via email), with the ability to build relationships with customers
