Candidate Requirements
o Senior HR experience, ideally within the education sector.
o Experience with organizational change and TUPE processes.
o Knowledge of employment law, statutory requirements, and School Teachers' Pay and Conditions.
o Familiarity with working alongside Trade Unions.
o Minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification.
o Proven ability to advise senior leadership teams and manage workforce changes effectively.
