My client is a top tier ranked UK law firm, and they are looking to recruit a Housing Management Senior Associate for their office in Birmingham. In the role you will be acting on behalf of local authorities and registered providers handling a caseload that will predominantly consist of litigated housing disrepair claims. You will also be helping develop the more junior team members. You will be joining a team that has seen significant growth over the past decade, that is also recognised in the Legal 500. Salary will be £65,000 DOE + a generous bonus scheme. They also have a great benefits package including enhanced maternity/paternity, healthcare, life assurance 4* salary, 26 days AL that increases to 29 at 2 years’ service and many more.  There is an emphasis on career development, you will be given encouragement and support from the Partner to ensure you get to where you want to be. You will get a good level of client contact and early responsibility.
