My client is a top tier ranked UK law firm, and they are looking to recruit a Housing Management Senior Associate for their office in Birmingham. In the role you will be acting on behalf of local authorities and registered providers handling a caseload that will predominantly consist of litigated housing disrepair claims. You will also be helping develop the more junior team members. You will be joining a team that has seen significant growth over the past decade, that is also recognised in the Legal 500. Salary will be £65,000 DOE + a generous bonus scheme. They also have a great benefits package including enhanced maternity/paternity, healthcare, life assurance 4* salary, 26 days AL that increases to 29 at 2 years’ service and many more.
