The successful HR Administrator will have experience in the following;

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records, managing HR documents (e.g., employment records and onboarding guides), and updating internal databases.
  • Recruitment Assistance: Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
  • Employee Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Support payroll processing and assist with the administration of employee benefits programs.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and issues
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information in HR systems and generate reports as needed.
