Your new companyA specialist academy in south Birmingham is looking to appoint an interim HR Administrator to support them in an ongoing role. The role is to start as soon as possible. The role is full-time, term time only, Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm. Your new roleThe academy is seeking a dedicated and detail-orientated HR Administrator to join their team and play a crucial role in managing day-to-day HR operations.As a HR admin, your role will involve but not restricted too:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal details, benefits and attendance.
  • Respond to payroll queries in a timely manner.
  • Supporting the wider HR team with duties such as:
  • Background checks
  • References
  • Updating school records
  • Minute taking
  • General administration

What you'll need to succeed

  • You should either come from a strong administrative background with experience with HR.
  • You should have good attention to detail and accuracy, be quick to learn and eager to assist with a varied workload. You will need initiative, enthusiasm and a positive approach.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel or a HR system.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills.
