HR Generalist

Birmingham £27000 per annum 37.5 hours per week Full time Monday to Friday 0800 to 1600

Key Responsibilities -Provide an all-encompassing HR administrative service.Keep personnel files up to date and file documents promptly.Follow up on probation reviews.Supporting employees and managers with the end-to-end employment journey.Process leaver information.Prepare references for employees/workers. Update and maintain employee files.Ensure all HR compliance is up to date escalate any concerns to line managers.This list is non-exhaustive, and tasks may vary.

The role is office based - supporting the HR function in conducting and overlooking recruitment and training compliance.

Qualifications needed for the role -CIPD Level 5 Qualification.At least 3 years generalist HR experience.Strong HR Administrative experience.Experience of leading and managing the end to end recruitment and onboarding of candidates to induction.Ability to work under own initiative and independently.Experience of compiling HR reports. Experience of working with HR systems and databases.A working knowledge of laws and regulations related to Human Resources.
