An award winning multi million pound turnover M&E contractor have a new and incredibly stable opportunity to appoint a Project Planner to be based in their West Midlands offices.
This incredible business is mainlyinvolved with the design and delivery of Mechanical and Electrical services into a variety of commercial and industrial environments from warehouses and distribution centres / industrial sheds, data centres and offices to manufacturingfacilities and even car showrooms.
Such projects are operating at 10M-20M per project.
As an already proven Planner or even Senior Planner, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining project planning controls and accurate reporting acrossmultiple projects.
Candidates sought after may be from an M&E, Building Services or even a fit out background looking to diversify. Those withvariedconstruction services experience as a Project Planner are equally invited to apply and are of consideration.
We are keen to see those with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project / MS Project software experience using schedule hierarchy, creatingschedules for project delivery and then communicatingthese to the projects team.
You will regularly create separate and integrated templates and model programmes for the three main stages i.ePre-construction, construction and then commissioning.
Experience in creating schedules covering the design process, procurement, installation and then close out is called for as well asmanagingprogress and then progress information into progress reports.
