Member Experience Team Lead

Salary: £24,000 to £27,000 + Commission

Location: Edgbaston

Bell Cornwall Recruitment currently have a unique and exciting opportunity for a Member Experience Team Lead to join a high end club based in Edgbaston. This is a great opportunity to join a vibrant front of house team and we are looking for an individual who thrives on offering excellent service.

Please note, this role will require flexibility with shift patterns / weekend work

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors / members in a warm and professional manner
  • Lead and manage the Welcome Desk Team
  • Admin related tasks such as rotas, managing sickness and absence and being the first port of call for any issues
  • Oversee all of the day to day operations f the front desk - enquires,, sales, membership queries etc
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Dealing with member's queries
  • Accurately keep CRM systems up to date
  • Ensure all H&S procedures are followed

Ideal Candidate:

  • Exceptional client service skills
  • Team leader skills would be ideal
  • Friendly, professional and enthusiastic
  • Flexibility with working shifts / weekends
  • Must be a driver due to location
