A welcoming and supportive secondary school in Halesowen is seeking a passionate MFL Teacher to join our team on a maternity cover basis. This role involves delivering engaging and high-quality lessons in Spanish, French, and/or German to students across KS3 and KS4. We are looking for a dedicated educator who is committed to inspiring a love for languages and helping students reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
As an MFL Teacher, you will:? Teach French and Spanish to KS3 and KS4 students, encouraging a passion for languages and cultural understanding.? Plan, deliver, and assess lessons in accordance with the school's curriculum to maximise students' language proficiency.? Support pupils in developing their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in both languages.? Adapt lessons to meet the needs of individual learners, creating an inclusive and engaging classroom environment.? Work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold high teaching and learning standards within our school community.
Ideal Candidate for a MFL teacher based in Halesowen:
? Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Modern Foreign Languages.? Experience teaching Spanish and French, preferably at the secondary level.? Strong communication and classroom management skills, with a commitment to supporting students' language learning journey.? An organised and motivated teacher available to start immediately in Halesowen.
