Job Title: Broker On-boarding Associate

Duration: 12 months

Salary: £40,000-50,000 annual salary plus bonus, pension & travel reimbursement

Location: Birmingham/home based (2 days in Birmingham office per week/3 days home working)

The Role:

  • Receive and process requests for onboarding of new brokers, utilising relationships with external service providers
  • Carrying out due diligence on brokers and escalating, where necessary
  • Create, submit, receive, amend and store documentation, specific for each legal entity
  • Attend team meetings with the wider broker onboarding team across the group
  • Generate MI for the work performed in the month
  • Referral of technical queries to relevant stakeholders

Experience Required:

  • Administrative experience, preferably within the insurance, legal or financial services sectors desirable
  • Must have at least 2+ years experience within a similar role
  • Computer skills - good working knowledge of MS Office, well developed spreadsheet skills and the ability to learn new software packages
  • Able to communicate effectively with others, both verbally and in writing
  • The ability to manage time, meet deadlines and prioritise
