What You'll Be Doing

  • Hunting for New Business - Identifying, negotiating and closing opportunities with key decision-makers.
  • Understanding Client Needs - Conducting in-depth needs assessments and positioning the solution to align with strategic goals.
  • Managing the Sales Cycle - Overseeing the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation.
  • Running Pilot Programmes - Ensuring successful implementation and demonstrating ROI in live client environments.
  • Building Relationships - Establishing long-term partnerships with key decision-makers.
  • Driving Market Intelligence - Keeping up with industry trends to refine sales strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in a B2B SaaS sales role - the ideal candidate will have strong experience of selling Legal Tech to in-house teams.
  • Enterprise sales experience, comfortable managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles (6-9 months).
  • Excellent business acumen, relationship-building skills and the ability to navigate complex procurement processes.
  • A results-driven mindset - you take ownership, work autonomously and thrive in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical skills - data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging senior stakeholders.
