A well respected charity based in Birmingham are seeking a proactive, professional PA, on a part time basis. If you have previous experience as a PA or senior administrator and a strong eye for detail then this may be the role for you! The successful candidate will enjoy a part time role, working 21 hours per week, with flexibility on how these are worked but a requirement to be present in office for at least 1 day, with a pro rata salary of 26.5k!

You will enjoy a varied range of tasks, you will be the right hand to the companies CEO, supporting with everything from diary management, organizing meetings, travel arrangements, liaising with external bodies and managing stakeholders, putting together board packs, taking minutes, supporting with governance of the charity, inducting new trustees, providing relevant information for audits, organizing staff DBS’ and any other ad-hoc tasks when required.

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a PA/EA role, great organizational skills and an excellent use of initiative. If this sounds like you, please apply online today!
