LRL are currently recruiting for Painter & Decorators to work on a long term project in Birmingham for one of our most prestigious clients who specialise in hotel fit out and refurbishments. Project expected to be circa 12 Months.
Duties will include working on a commercial build, carrying out repair works of existing building and work on new build section. Duties will include prep work, tape and jointing, painting walls, ceilings and making good of any snagging works.
Rate negotiable dependant upon experience and qualifications.
Monday to Friday - 8-9hr days
Requirements
- CSCS - Blue Skilled Workers Card
- NVQ Level 2
- 2 Project specific References
